We have been staying with Kate & Dan during John's first week and on Wednesday we drove over to my parents help them with their new shed. Mum needed a potting table which John has built for her.
We've went over to Southport on Friday and while John was at a lunch meeting, Kate took me to her favorite shoe store, Hotter, where I bought a pair of sandals for Italy. Then Kate bought a pair of shoes and because of the 3 for 2 sale she got another pair free. We do like bargains.
We moved back over to Annette's on Saturday and took another trip on Sunday this time over to Whitby. It was a little cooler because of the sea frets and the breeze off the sea but we had a good walk up and down the hills in the town.
