Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, hoping you receive everything you are hoping for tomorrow and in the year to come.
We are still enjoying our life on the road even though we are now settled in for the winter.
John has been complaining about not being able to wear shorts as he says it is a little cooler here than Florida but I remember having to wear sweaters and jeans in the Keys one Christmas so maybe we need new memory cards installing as well as glasses and hearing aids as we get older.
Oh yeah a blog!! We can look back and see what we have forgotten. Might not need a memory card after all. Though I'd better do a better job of keeping it up to date next year if it is going to store our memories.
John is building a radio controlled sailboat at the moment. There is a group here at the campground who race them on Wednesdays and Saturdays. So he is hoping to join them when the boat is completed. It's the only boat small enough for us to carry with us in the trailer.
We have a trip planned for Los Angeles in January and another to Tucson in February. John has meetings to attend and this time I'm going to tag along.
We also have to work out were we are going once it warms up again we know we are heading north but we don't know yet when it will be warm enough. That's John's job checking the temperatures to see where we can head to where it will be warm enough to wear shorts. We have our priorities.
I have the turkey breast and all the veg along with the Christmas pudding, Christmas cake and mince pies. I even found Wensleydale cheese to go with the Christmas cake, it has cranberries in it but since it is eaten with the cake it goes well. So we should have a good Christmas.
